Too much interference and micro-management Works for the HEALTH industry but will cause you serious mental health issues, so BEWARE!! The boss decides and ridicules if you don't meet the said target and no adherence to quality checks...just produce crap! No future business goals, no planning or forecast So it is an absolute NO!!
