Good company to work for - Software Engineer Synthesis Technology Employee Review

I was part of the Synthesis Leadership team for more than 4.5 years. During my tenure, I learned many new technologies, I was able to help my team grow ranging from the development side to the DevOps side and I can say that many of our (sorry, my former) customers are already leveraging the new products and improvements the Engineering team has created and released (and I’m very happy and proud to be part of) Any person joining Synthesis will also grow a lot as a person, as an Engineer and as a developer. I must say that any engineer joining this great company, will find great engineers to learn from, a great platform to grow with, and many new friends that will always have your back. I won’t discard coming back again in the future as working for this great company really feels like an extension of my family.

Definitely be clear on all the possible positions available for your teams, keep empowering engineering to create new products and don’t lose that family touch that has been there for a very long time

Co-workers are nice. Unlimited PTO

Management can breathe down your neck a lot. Very heavy workload with expectations to work past 5 pm. The company has gone downhill since the ownership change.
