Contract work. At times it was overly complicated.

*The company culture was positive and welcoming. * It was easy to build relationships and connect with colleagues across the team. * The senior team members were highly supportive and genuinely invested in mentoring, developing, and teaching junior employees.

* The company is still evolving and refining its identity and long-term direction. * There appeared to be some misalignment between the stated vision and mission and the day-to-day operations of the business. * Certain operational and management practices could at times feel exclusionary, which may limit collaboration and broader team engagement.
