      Because it's small, you learn the ropes of project management and project cycles pretty quickly.

      There is no IT professional or CTO on-site.

      - Great co-workers - The CEO is very knowledgeable and approachable

      - There aren't really any major drawbacks, but it probably wouldn't be the best place to work for someone who didn't enjoy a fast-paced environment.
