Onboarding was a bit clunky, but able to reach out and have conversations to work through any issues.

People, culture, technology. These are three attributes that synonymously usually don't occur or coincide together. But they exist at Syntervision. The founder of the company developed the unique offering of our flagship product-set with a hugely successful pedigree in both the government and commercial space. From that was born the tenants of Syntervision. The people here work together efficiently. Everyone assists other groups in getting done what needs to be handled so that customers understand what to expect. competitively, we have a unique offering that competes with the largest organizations in our competitive landscape. Yet, the attention to detail and flexibility to specialize our offering for multiple disciplines, remains our strongest asset that keeps our customers over the past 15 years, increasing their spend with Syntervision.

Being smaller and growth oriented brings with it facets of challenges that can be construed as a non-positive thing. And don't get me wrong, we at Syntervision experience much of the same dilemmas and caveats associated with the strive to achieve. However, we believe its how you manage those potential pitfalls, manage those routine growing pains that sets you apart and allow opportunity to show. Our processes are streamlined to identify and counteract those issues, making our time invested in dealing with non-positive issues, minimal.
