Pros
Very good life work life balance (work 9.30 to 6 for most employees). Work culture is good(changes department wise). Value of opinions (They pretend so). Work exposure for beginners. Good for learners if you get into a good project. Once you get something to do, you stick to it. Event celebrations.
Cons
Slow as snail (A new water bottle request is fulfilled after a month - This is just example, Applicable to every department along with management). Saturday working. Limited business scope. Very less package for freshers. Your value suddenly increases in one night once you decide to leave. Interdepartmental disputes like "Thats not my job", communication barriers, etc.
