Pros

Working for Syntech was an absolute pleasure. The team is made up of like-minded, positive, and supportive individuals who truly care about each other’s success. From peers to management, everyone is hardworking, sharp, and genuinely invested in fostering both personal and professional growth. Expect to be challenged in the best way possible, with the full support needed to overcome obstacles and develop new skills. If you’re looking for a company that values growth, teamwork, and a fun yet professional environment, Syntech is an excellent place to be.

Cons

I personally had a very positive experience and felt fully supported from day one. While no company is perfect, I didn’t encounter any significant drawbacks during my time at Syntech.

Pros

Growing Information Technology company which offers MSP services to private, non-profit and municipalities. The culture is very healthy, and the team is very supportive and believe in mentorship to help everyone grow. Employees are happy and clients see how they treat their employees which promotes more business. The company growth has been pretty organic for this simple reason.

Cons

With growth comes changes and structure. All for it! but obviously there will be some hit or misses with those changes. Glad to be a part of the healthy chaos!

Pros

-Biggest piece of advice is to tread carefully here. If you are comfortable with being verbally attacked or scolded in front of colleagues. Talked down for no reason, unrealistic expectations and goals with low pay, then this is the place for you. -wide variety of technology to work with but unfortunately there is no real training -Lack of structure, professionalism and for such a small company there is a lot of gossip and personal attacks If these are the pros, imagine the cons

Cons

-There is a lot of deception and virtually no training -A lot of ridiculously high expectations and egos at this company -The pay is extremely below national average -They berate you in front of others -Peter is definitely someone to watch out for. He will have nothing but negative things to say about the company when it is 1on1 but in front of management will pretend it is the best place to work for -Turn over rate is extremely high. -If this is your only option then it is better than nothing
