      Nice co-workers, not too much overtime

      Cons

      Terrible company culture! Management does not listen to concerns or helpful suggestions. Family members of the CEO are given high-ranking jobs, even though they do not understand the localization industry. Boring tasks. Most employees do not stay with the company for very long, generally not a good sign for any company.
