      It is a very free thinking, lots of room for discussion, lively debates, and opinions valued. Flexible schedule is great. Management open door policy was awesome

      Cons

      It’s a high stress environment, it is on the chaotic side, no compensation for a job well done. Benefits are mediocre, but the costs are reasonable.

      People working there were great

      Cons

      Management was absolutely horrible. Management would look you in the face and lie about salary of other employees when you asked to have the same wage as someone doing the same job as you.
