Employees are highly valued, flexible schedules, family company, great benefits.

Small company = 1-person departments and people wearing too many hats, management especially is stretched too thin and things tend to get pushed to the back burner if it's not an immediate priority. Not a bad thing but employees don't always feel that management is listening.
