      Synopsys has some very strong products. Comany is stable. Good development facility.

      Cons

      Some old non-mainstream product is really decaying. Avoid them if you care about your future career.

      Flexible work environment, above average salary

      Cons

      Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
