      Great culture, great leadership, ethics, technology and strong pay for performance philosophy compared to other EDA and semiconductor companies in the Valley.

      Cons

      Sometimes can be challenging to make big changes, very consensus driven...which is not a bad thing!

      Flexible work environment, above average salary

      Cons

      Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
