Good problems to work on in EDA domain. Good learning opportunities. Overall a good company to if you want to gain domain expertise.
Cons
No work-life balance. Many times you have to stretch your working hours even to the weekends and holidays. No career growth, unless you are good friends with group leaders. You can clearly see favoritism there.
