      Synopsys has a bright future in the EDA industry, as it has steadily invested in new technologies, in people and on innovation. Most business groups at Synopsys are dynamic and work with cutting edge tools.

      Cons

      It may not be the most fun or dynamic company in the Bay Area, but it is hard to compete with Google, Tweeter and the like.
