Pros
Excellent people, extreme innovation and intellect. Although many consumers don't realize it, Synopsys is a catalyst for nearly all technology as we know it. Growth focused, mature and sensible management team. This company is not run by arrogant kids, rather, real executives.
Cons
There are a lot of people at Synopsys who have devoted their careers to the technology and are extremely accomplished which makes it difficult to be a rising star.
