      Pros

      Work culture is very good. Great managers with technical knowledge. Good experincied team members in most of the teams. Communication skill and people soft skills exhibited by managers definitely deserves appreciation! Great place to have a blaved family and work life!!

      Flexible work environment, above average salary

      Cons

      Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
