Pros
Solutions are outstanding and many of the employees are solid and good to work alongside. The direction of the company is good the the development of the Solution is strong. Customers are happy.
Cons
Management fails to value people and there is strong turnover among Developers, Field Engineers and Sales people. Many current employees are looking for new opportunities. May employees feel Management is looking to leave now that the company has been sold and care even less for the employees.
