Cons
Very unstable and unethical management decisions when it comes to compensation. Standard increment cycle was shifted without giving proper reasons and quite unfairly. Far below average salary compared to the same caliber companies in the country. Nearly 2 years without a proper increment. Very long and inefficient way of processing management decisions, takes few months to get effective, specially compensation related decisions, probably due to the long management chains spread out globally. Management has decided not to be the top (or anywhere near top) in terms of compensation, therefore can't expect good salaries. Lack transparency and reasoning of management decisions, too many decisions made behind closed doors.
