      Pros

      Exposure to the latest tech. some really challenging problems to fix. Management does care about the employees & their feedbacks.

      Cons

      if you are a longtimer here, you'll probably be tied to the CAD. very hard to go back to Dev work. Your work time depends a lot on customer requirement than company guidelines.
