      Pros

      If you are looking for job security, can play a good game of politics and value a regular paycheck over opportunities and career growth, it doesn't get much better than this. Nice campus and food. Fairly decent work-life balance and company reputation. Good on the resume.

      Cons

      No room for growth;certain insecure and entrenched long-term leadership who haven't been out of the room they are in for years....
