      Some very bad yet outspoken people. Lots of politics and empire building. Lack of innovation. Strong desire to uphold the status quo.

      Flexible work environment, above average salary

      Cons

      Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
