The management team provides ongoing training and responds quickly to concerns. I've also had a rewarding experience working with the families and feel like I'm making a positive impact on the growth and success of my students.

Things could run more smoothly. Management team seems to be understaffed

Synocate is flexible on what you're able to learn in the internship. I felt like my manager was interested in my growth and supported the opportunities I was looking for. My role was more marketing oriented but I wanted to learn more about other fields as well. My manager found an opportunity for me to be involved in certain parts of the processes I wanted to learn about. Also a great internship team overall.

There's a ton to learn but that's probably true for any growing company. The training was important to get everything down fast.
