Pros
This is a largely discovery-based organization. The science is new and created by a talented team of scientists. As someone that has been here since the beginning, it has been a great experience to learn new aspects of drug discovery/development beyond the early stage science at the lab bench. Management has brought in some talented and experienced people to bring this novel treatment modality to human patients
Cons
Even though new hires are compensated fairly, it seems to be difficult for older hires to get promoted, even in cases of significant scientific achievement or taking on additional responsibilities.
