We strive to provide a positive working environment for all our employees globally, and are disappointed to hear that you feel we’ve fallen short in these efforts within your team. We take steps each year to enhance our workplace culture, and in addition to having an active Employee Association in the London office, we’ve recently added two additional awards to our global Employee Recognition Program to provide managers with additional ways to recognize their teams throughout the year.
