Great people good benefits and pay

Employees are sometimes very over worked

the Position pays well. The company provides a good benefit package. I am told there are no is but I did not receive one. You receive support for patient recruitement

Constant changing policies. Unrealistic expectations. Long hours over worked. Short staffed. Unable to keep qualified staff. Lack of time to properly train. Job description was not what I actually did. This place sets you up to fail.
