Pros

Free lunch Fridays, annual summer and end of year events.

Cons

Poor mgmt., employees treated like robots, operates with a skeleton crew. Expects no errors from overworked understaffed depts. Occassionally, times where you are not able to take an uninterrupted lunch or break.

Pros

- Candela offers best-in-class technology with a strong clinical backing, which made selling much more rewarding. - I had the opportunity to launch the next-gen RF Microneedling device, which positioned me as a leader in my territory and opened doors with top-tier providers. - Leadership is responsive and supportive, especially when you show initiative and build strong pipelines. - Strong marketing and clinical support (once a deal is closed) and great collaboration with teammates across different verticals. - Compensation is competitive and uncapped, with solid benefits.

Cons

- Internal processes (especially around deal support and service) can be a bit slow, which can impact momentum during sales cycles. - Cross-departmental communication could use improvement, particularly between sales and post-sale support. - Like most capital sales roles, work-life balance can be challenging during peak quarters.
