Pros
Paid orientation was provided promptly.
Cons
Management immediately breached my signed full-time contract by reducing my hours to zero after orientation. They ghosted my text messages and weaponized financially draining one-hour shifts that required a one-hour round-trip commute. Coordinators actively lied about client staffing levels to withhold available work slots. Most dangerously, they assigned me to a heavy medical case with a bedbound patient requiring a mechanical Hoyer lift without providing any training. When I cited safety protocols requiring two trained staff members, my supervisor explicitly ordered me to use an untrained family member instead, creating a severe liability trap.
