Pros

I really think Synergy is a very unique IT company. They are growing fast and have some growing pains but from what I have seen they have handled the growth mostly with grace. Synergy top Management I think cares about people. Not to be a robot for the company line but I truly believe they have something special going on here. I can’t find any company that approaches this industry the way they do and I think they are really on to something. As soon as they figure out the processes they are going to be a Gold Mine as the margins are huge the way the business model is designed. I have learned a lot about people as I have seen this company grow and not everyone will see the vision but this is in my opinion a good, strong and financially stable company that I find fun to come into work each day. I want a career here, but that’s just me:-)

Cons

invest more on the marketing. You have great TECH but you need to burnish your image more so everyone knows it. The brand is awesome but only our current clients know it because the Marketing could use a boost.

Pros

Working at Synergy Fiber has been one of the most rewarding steps in my career. I’ve had the opportunity to work on challenging and impactful projects that have sharpened my skills and expanded my knowledge in fiber infrastructure, network design, and troubleshooting. The leadership team is approachable and genuinely values the input of engineers at all levels. The company culture promotes collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. What stands out the most is the support for professional development—whether it’s training, certifications, or mentorship, the company invests in its people. The team environment is strong, and everyone—from operations to engineering—is aligned toward delivering great service to clients.

Cons

The fast-paced environment may be overwhelming for some, especially during major deployments or upgrades. However, with the right mindset and support, it becomes a valuable learning experience.
