The owners of the company Kim and Ron Riggle are the most compassionate, real and positive people I worked for. It made my work as a caregiver so much more satisfying. I felt so appreciated not just by clients that I took care of but by the owners and the management. You will never regret working here! I did some part time caregiving for 2 other companies in Lincoln, Nebraska and Synergy is my favorite!

They have a good system for operations. you also get to listen to music while working and there's not too much mandatory OT

The work not easy most of the time. if you are a batch mixer expect to get messy and possibly have to change your work clothes..multiple times on some days.. also the pay is not as good as most jobs with that title.
