Not very knowledgable & initiative taking senior mgmt., lazy, pass on their work on juniors - Associate 2 Synergy Consulting Employee Review

Political, lack flexibility in HR policies - punch in before 10am, primarily no work from home, expected to work on weekends, they ask u to carry ur laptops with you even when u r on leaves. Even worse if you have taken leaves and are out of station, and due to client requirements, you are working, sr. mgmt. tells you to apply leaves in the system for those days. Associate Directors / Directors doesn't really know much, they are settled in their places and they don't put any effort. Even pass on their job responsibilities on juniors, while they work late in the office.
