Backstabbing and Lots of Conflict - Anonymous employee Synergy Bank Employee Review

EVERYONE seems to be either a AVP, VP, or SVP. But the titles don't mean anything. There is alot of in-fighting, back-stabbing and the culture is some of the worst that I've seen. No "team" environment, everyone is out for themselves. Conflict, Harassment and Bullying and management just looks the other way. Grow a backbone!
