Pros
Nothing. They break employment laws, harass disabled employees, force employees to work multiple jobs without additional compensation, force disabled employees to do things that worsen their disability - withhold pay against state labor laws.
Cons
Business Development team is in disarray. The President of the company yells at employees for no reason, disabled employees are treated like crap and fired for complaining about harassment.
