Company Review - Customer Service Representative (CSR) Synergy Advantage Employee Review

The processes is all over the place, The manager just fire employees with no reasin or fault finding, It does not empower its people, Lacks creativity, micromanages and gaslight its employee. The company sells prescribe meds from Canada and some were very sketchy. They took the money from their customers without even knowing if there were enpugh supplies, then they will have the CSR contact the client and tell them its out of stock- these were maintainance drugs, people rely on these meds with their lives. They dont promote work life balance
