Cons
all jobs other than MT reviews are very hard to catch. You get an email and in 99% of the cases after you apply someone else gets the job. The MT jobs are hardly feasible. Low rate and time count is lower than time spend. For other jobs technical problems with online platforms.
Good communication with the PMs! Efficient and on time advice for each tiny issue that may arise! The texts to be translated are interesting and contain the latest trends in various industries on the market.

The payment is very low and not motivating... Sometimes I don't understand the payment algorithm and I have to track the time... in case of an editing task....
