      Pros

      When I joined Synergist's team, I was welcomed with open arms and was immediately assimilated into this amazing culture they have built. There is always room to move up at this company, and the managers encourage growth and provide new opportunities. The work-life balance is fantastic, and the leadership team are very flexible and gracious. They offer a generous salary and the benefits are on a whole different level than I have seen before. So happy I made the decision to join Synergist!

      None. Synergist is the best company I have worked for, hands down.

      Pros

      The culture at Synergist is so inclusive and fun! There are various opportunities for employees to get involved in different activities like free lunch Thursdays, where employees can chose to meet at the office and eat the provided lunch together. There are also some employees that get together and play an online game called Blood on the ClockTower certain days of the month. The benefits are very competitive and I would recommend Synergist any day of the week, hands down.
