      Pros

      Synergist is a fun company to work for management listens to employees suggestions and gives employees the opportunity to participate in business development activities. Synergist has monthly happy hours, weekly lunches and employee groups to help build a community among the employees. Synergist has an office that gives employees a chance to collaborate on ideas and socialize as well.

      Cons

      Gauranteed off days and more Paid Time Off in general would be a great additional benefit to our current ones.

      Pros

      The culture at Synergist is so inclusive and fun! There are various opportunities for employees to get involved in different activities like free lunch Thursdays, where employees can chose to meet at the office and eat the provided lunch together. There are also some employees that get together and play an online game called Blood on the ClockTower certain days of the month. The benefits are very competitive and I would recommend Synergist any day of the week, hands down.
