      The work environment is flexible, the people and customers and exceedingly cooperative, the leadership is encouraging, everyone is helpful, and most everyone maintains a positive outlook to the work being done.

      There is a slight concern at times whether there will be work available.

      Pros

      Can work 40 hrs or can work 80 if the company your contracted out too will allow it. Direct contact with Boss and small company attitude.

      Cons

      Vacation time increased by 1 week ever year up to 4 weeks a year. Leadership is good for the go get it type attitude. Some may find this lack of direction problematic.
