This Place Is Horrible - Debt Collector Synergetic Communication Employee Review

The pay is absolute crap. Who can live on $14-$15 an hour?! It's insulting actually. And their "goals" are insanely realistic to make any sort of bonus to make extra money, especially since a lot, actually ALL of their clientele are cheap AF and pay no more than $100 on a bad debt at most. Very rarely would you get lucky. I would literally cry going in to this place because I hated it so much. It's been about a year but you could never pay me to go back. Not to mention, their insurance is a joke - you have to literally wait 6 months for insurance and to utilize your accrued hours for any type of paid leave and a YEAR to take vacation. Seriously this place sucks.
