While billable hours are emphasized, expectations are clearly defined and achievable with a steady client base. Leadership sets realistic goals that align with individual capacity and client demands. Team collaboration is a strong part of the Syner-G culture—colleagues are supportive, knowledgeable, and always willing to share insights. Even in a remote setting, there's a genuine sense of shared expertise that enhances both personal growth and client success.

Cons

Since billable hour goals are tied to the bonus structure, unexpected changes in client timelines can affect a consultant’s ability to meet those targets.
