      Truly can’t even think of any! Lowest pay there is in market and horrible work culture stay far!

      Managers do not care about you. And will try and fire you or write you up for zero reason. Please stay away

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
