      Company tenure/benefits roll from contract to contract. Optimistic management teams.

      Cons

      Low pay. Low PTO days for first couple years. Required to perform admin work like expenses during non-work hours. Constantly changing bonus structure. Bonus payout was always late.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
