      Relatively good work/life balance compared to other consulting companies. Pretty reliable in terms of advancement

      Cons

      Highly variable working conditions depending on the team. Very little knowledge management so lots of reinventing the wheel and its hard to learn what to do on your own without asking anyone

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
