      FSP business side is much better than core business side of the company (since I have experienced both). Management has effective leadership and very supportive

      Cons

      Do not have bonus scheme included and can be left out of company events with client

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
