C-Suite management has no idea the hard work that their employees do on a day-to-day basis. They only see you as a number and someone that is expendable.
Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
