Metrics over employees. While everyone else gets holiday parties at the end of the year, management requests more days on site to increase metrics. They ask to submit feedback but it’s never acknowledged or discussed. Quantity and $ over quality, so you’re stuck spending hundreds of hours fixing other past-employees poor quality work. You don’t feel like you matter here despite how much effort you put in - it’s not enough.
