      No hierarchy, negligible appraisal, discriminations, no appreciation, no plans for career growth. Harassments if you speak. Double faced HR department.

      The individual groups have great people, and in the past they have been great for promoting from within.

      Cons

      Over the past few years the company has been struggling and laying people off quite regularly. It leaves the working environment in a very negative space.
