      Pros

      Flexible, good work-life balance, and everyone I have met has been incredibly nice. Good products. It is a good environment- at least on my contract.

      Cons

      I wish the pay was better. In Los Angeles I still have to do extra things to cover expenses. I have only been here for about a year but I have not noticed a lot of upward mobility or been made aware of opportunities to improve my situation financially. Not as good as regular pharma in that way.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
