Pros
Not the same intensity or even expectation as big pharma, which is a refreshing change. Every contract is different. If one contract ends, there’s more of a possibility to go onto another contract and not be displaced.
Cons
I was given a vehicle that was not AWD even though I live in the northeast snowbelt. I checked with fleet people from the beginning about getting switched to an AWD, with no results. I request snow tires several time, only to be denied. I have never worked for an organization who doesn’t make rep safety a priority. It was very disappointing and I promptly found another position with a company who cares about my safety.
