      Great place for people who want to be professional contract reps

      Cons

      Have to use PTO for EVERYTHING .. illness, funerals etc. No support from upper management. Pay is far below the contract company reps that you work for. Super liberal company. It that works for you than great. Mandates Covid-19 vaccine.

      Pros

      FSP work is great and feels stable, many of the people that work for syneos are very hard workers and have lots of experience in the industry

      Cons

      If your manager is not championing you, it is absolutely impossible to get salary increases/promotions. When promotions do occur, the compensation does not even come close to what it would be if you were an external applicant.
