Pros
Flexible working around each person’s commitments. Working from home. Colleagues look out for one another in the absence from the company. Employees are all lovely and friendly.
Cons
No career progression. Not enough rewards or additional benefits or recognition for hard work and extra hours. Staff turnover very high. Management changes too frequent with no consistency of managing the teams.
